*Internal Wood Burning Heaters when fitted to our fibreglass tubs are side mounted with a fueling door and chimney as seen in the pictures above. This is different to our fully wooden and plastic lined tubs where the internal heater is submerged under water within the tub space itself.*
Other benefits to the Fiberglass tubs include convenience and economy, as unlike the fully wooden tubs our Fiberglass models do not have to remain permenently filled with water and can be drained while not in use. Also they do not require as much water to fill as the fully wooden tubs, saving roughly 400L of water with each filling process, this makes them quicker and less resource consuming to heat.

OPTIONS:
SPRUCE WOOD - All the suberian spruce wood we use is hand selected and hand formed into the perfect tub, this is suitable with any of our heating systems and comes up a treat when stained or oiled.
LARCH WOOD - Larch wood is 20% denser than siberian spruce making it 20% heavier while also making it a more rigid, weather resistant and long life material. Larch is praised for its antibacterial properties and ability to resist long term water damage.
THERMOWOOD - Thermowood is top quality Scandinavian timber that has been heat treated at over 200 degrees celsius in a specially designed kiln. As a result it is far more resistant to rot and fungi, has a considerably increased life span and has superior thermo efficient insulation properties making it the perfect hot tub building material.
Heating Systems (Wood) - The standard heating system for all our tubs is the side mounted integrated burner, this is an easy and efficient way to heat the tub and keep the water at a sustained temperature. The external burner poses a few main benefits over the internal, it creates more internal room in the tub (2 seats). It is safer as it removes the heat source from the tub entirely therefore injury is far less likely to occur whilst relaxing in the tub. Lastly it is much easier to clean than the internal burner without the risk of spilling ash into the tub. *Internal Wood Burning Heaters when fitted to our fibreglass tubs are side mounted with a fueling door and chimney. Heating Systems (Electric) - Upgrading to an electrical heating system is one of our more popular installations, our PALHEN heaters are fully temperature adjustable and are by far the easiest and most convenient method of heating the water and sustaining its temperature. Having the correctly installed power supply for the tub is vital, therefore all our electric tubs MUST be installed by a fully qualified and competent electrician. Installation of electrical supply by anyone who is not fully certificated and qualified voids all warranty(s) on the tub and places the users at huge risk.
UPGRADES:
QUARTZ SAND FILTRATION SYSTEM WITH PUMP - Our high end Quartz filtration system uses fine sand within a sealed filtration module to remove debris, organic matter and any other physical impurities from the water. This option is highly recommended if the hot tub is located in a position where debris is likely to fall into the tub when open. It is also highly recommended when fitting the Hydro Massage System, Electric heater or LPG Gas Heater as it significantly reduces the risk of these systems experiencing failure due to blockage.
HYDROMASSAGE JET SYSTEM - This is our most powerful massage system (1100w) and involves a series of six high power water recirculation jets. These jets are fitted to the interior wall of the tub, and deliver a firm and therapeutic massage experience. *This sytem can only be installed in our plastic and fiberglass interior tubs*
AIR BUBBLE SYSTEM - One of our more popular upgrades, the air bubble system includes a series of jets that blast air directly into the tub (6 jets). This creates a full and lively hot tub sensory experience. Without this or the Hydro Massage System system the water within the tub would remain still.
LED TUB ILLUMINATION SYSTEM - Another popular upgrade, this involves a series of colour changing underwater LED lights that create a stunning effect illuminating the entire tub (a choice between 2 or 4 lights is available). This system comes as standard in all build your own fiberglass tubs.
HOT TUB RIM EDGING / SILL - This is the flat wooden edging that surrounds the rim of the tub. An ideal surface to place drinks, books or just rest your head. This wooden edging will be made from the same material that you chose for the construction of your tub. This edging due to being all natural wood will discolour and change in both textre & appearance with time and exposure to changing weather and sunlight. This is normal and is not covered by the warranty, we recommend oiling or treating the exposed surface to improve its life.
UPGRADED QUICK DRAIN TAP - All our tubs come with a standard drain at the bottom (Similar to a bath this drain releases the water underneath the tub). The upgraded 'Quick Drain' tap comprises of a lever action ball valve that extends out of the side of the tub providing an attachment point for a hose allowing the water to be drained from the hose elsewhere away from the tub, it also allows the tub to drain much faster and is easier to access than the standard drain. This option is recommended on all tubs.
EASY ACCESS EXTRA WIDE STEPS - All our tubs come with a standard access ladder made of the same material that you choose for the construction of the rest of the tub. The Easy Access Extra Wide Steps are also made of whatever material you chose and come in two configurations, either curving up around the side of the tub or straight up steps that fit flush with the curved side of the tub.
CHIMNEY GUARD - This is an option we at natures space highly recommend for any tub with an interior submersed burner. It consists of an extra steel surround for the lower part of the chimney and helps to prevent adults and children alike from accidental burns.
TWO PIECE WOODEN LID WITH HANDLES - Again made from the same material you choose for the rest of the tub this lid not only helps prevents debris from entering the tub when not in use but is also an excellent insulation tool and can help keep the tub water warm for short periods between uses. Due to being all natural wood our lids will discolour and change in both texture & appearance with time and exposure to changing weather and sunlight. This is normal and is not covered by the warranty, we recommend oiling or treating the exposed surface to improve its life.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Natures Space guarantees that the goods supplied will be free from defects on arrival. If you notice any damage, please report to us within 2 days. Natures Space will replace the faulty parts within 30 working days (Parts warranty only). The following situations are specifically excluded from this guarantee:
- Damage caused by incorrect handling, storage, installation, use, modification or repair not authorised by Natures Space.
- Wear and tear.
- 3rd party products guaranteed by subcontractors.
- Self assembly kits.
Due to the nature of the products we sell and their use we can not at this time offer a full warrenty with any of our products. Apropriate up-keep and maintinance is the full reponsibility of the client(s).
The buyer can return the product only if delivered item was not damaged or it has not changed its appearance, and it was not used, also if the original packaging was not damaged.
The buyer must pay all shipment costs when returning the product to its place of manufacture (this location may not necessarily reside within the UK).
When returning an item(s) it is necessary to provide all the related documents (especially the billing document(s)).
Returned item must be securely packed.
When returning the product, the buyer must submit an application, specifying the detailed order information: order number, date, product name, price, delivery date. The request should include the bank account number for return of the money.
